Unfortunately, sometimes the product you receive does not meet your standards and need to be returned for service. This RMA (return material authorization) page is dedicated to helping you get the problem fixed in a timely manner. Upon submitting your form, the following events will occur: 1) We will process your submission immediately and send you a confirmation e-mail that we have received it. 2) After electronically processing your request, we forward it directly to one of our RMA technicians where your RMA is reviewed. Upon review, the problem may be a simple fix that can be worked out but if we must take it back, the RMA technician will contact you appropriately to let you know of their disposition. 3) Once you receive the disposition, it will also include instructions of where to proceed from that point in regards to what the decision has been. Please take into consideration that we do operate on regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. This being the case, we may not always be able to immediately respond to your RMA and may take anywhere up to a business day before a reply is received.
