At Laptop Broker we strive to provide you with exceptional service in all department areas. Unfortunately, sometimes the product you receive does not meet your standards and may need to be returned for service, exchange, or credit.
Laptop Broker has created this RMA ("return material authorization") site to help us help you. It is dedicated to helping you achieve resolution of your problem in a timely and efficient manner, while keeping you informed each step of the way.
Upon submitting your RMA Request, the following events will occur:
1) We will process your submission immediately and send you a confirmation e-mail that we have received it.
2) After electronically processing your request, we forward it directly to one of our RMA technicians where your RMA is reviewed within one business day. Upon review, the problem may be a simple fix that can be worked out-- and we'll call you personally to see if we can help you with that. If it is necessary to return your item, your RMA will be approved and we'll email you a confirmation with complete instructions on how to do that. You confirmation will also serve as your receipt for the transaction.
3) Once your item is received at our facility, it will logged as received and you will receive another confirmation email. One of our technicians will examine your item, usually within one business day.
4) Then, depending on your wishes and the terms of sales governing your purchase, we will exchange, credit, or refund your item. You're all set!
