At Laptop Broker believe that one of the most important things in retail is a companies customer service. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen to our items that are out of our control (items damaged in shipment, hardware malfunctions). We do try our best to prevent this mishaps by packaging the products as best we can. An investment we made in packaging is a foam machine that expands once exposed to air - this makes it shape itself to whatever is put inside the box and then fills the box completely to secure anything inside. However, sometimes all our packaging efforts may not always be enough. Our goal is to get these issues resolved for you as soon as possible and one of the ways that we have been able to improve our customer service is through our Online RMA Site. The main advantage to this is that not only are you notified via email about any of the status changes on your RMA, you can also log back in and view the status there. Please check the picture to the right. It displays a screenshot of what our login page looks like. All the purchased products under that e-mail address and order number combination are listed individually - this is done to help you easily create an RMA for a specific item.

This site was designed with our customers in mind. We know that every sales company will have some sort of returns and this site was made to handle those demands. This is so that our customers can feel reassured that something is being done, that their requests have been received, and all of that is on record. We tried to make this website as tangible as possible so that our customers do not have to stress about a return and does not think of it as a problem.
